Products and Services

making “doing great business” a reality

Tailored Development

We understand that though factors affecting entrepreneurial productivity can be common; not all elements of the common factors affect each entrepreneur the same. This then informs us to tailor our developmental interventions based on an individualised enterprise diagnostic report.

The objective of the tailored interventions is to effect balanced productivity (technical and behavioural skills impartation), we achieve this using a combination of game based learning

(enterprise simulation), digital intervention (Mobile application based) and conventional intervention (seminars, boot camps, workshops and other themed interventions).

Our enterprise simulation and digital intervention are trademarked services that are exclusive to Superpreneur Consulting. For conventional interventions we partner with other subject specialists.

Enterprise Navigation

This service involves the production of what we affectionately call “the enterprise map”, this is derived from diagnosing an enterprise (establishing current position) and forecasting the desired future. We then use this information to design an individualised Enterprise Navigation Chart (ENC) which shows the entrepreneur the following:

where they are, where they desire to be, what stops them from getting there, what or who they need to get there, what are the embedded milestones and how long it will take them to get there. This tool is then brought to life using three platforms (static, digital and expert involvement).

Resources Alignment

Correspondingly, we unpack the contents of the ENC, thereafter determine what products, services, association or miscellaneous resources the enterprise need to get to their desired goal. This is also effortlessly simulated on the Superpreneur simulation (live and digital).

This service has proven to be an excellent platform for companies that provide solutions to SME’s, through this service we facilitate featured product education, product promotion and influence future buying decisions in favour of the featured product. As the SME’s are engaged, we (through a combination of our exclusive intervention tools) will be able to achieve:

  • Meticulous product education (you can’t get this with conventional advertising)
  • Aligning solutions (from SME providers) with simulated challenges and opportunities to show SMe’s how, where, when and why to use these featured solutions (effective product promotion).
  • Our Enterprise Navigation Chart will also feature these solutions to further influence startups’ future buying decisions.

Currently the solutions that our platform caters for include:

  • SME Banking
  • SME Accounting
  • SME Legal services
  • SME Insurance
  • Telecommunications
  • Payment Solutions
  • Internet Service Providers
  • SME Further Education
  • Some aspirational products
